Tax Cuts are Good

U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum and former U.S. Rep. Pat Toomey stood in the middle of a local restaurant Thursday touting how federal tax cuts have benefited small businesses, not just millionaires.

Santorum, running for his third six-year term to represent Pennsylvania in the Senate against the likely Democratic challenger Bob Casey Jr., said 99 percent of Pennsylvania's businesses are small businesses. He said small business owners are responsible for most job growth in the state, and increasing their taxes would hurt that growth.

Let's keep cutting taxes! But more importantly, let's start cutting spending!
