Ambassador John Bolton was a recess appointment to the United Nations last year. This means that when a new Senate is seated in January 2007, the subject of his nomination and confirmation will come up again.
The reason he was a recess appointment was due to a ridiculous amount of caterwauling from the left side of the aisle, and their friends in the left media, as well as tears from a Republican Senator.
It begs the question, how would a newly sworn in Senator Casey vote on John Bolton?
